Welcome to Delta Sensory Gardens

Delta Sensory Gardens are highly acclaimed award winning gardens and described as ‘An Oasis of Peace and Tranquillity’. The gardens are set on 2.5 acres with a series of interconnecting gardens to beckon you with bright and beautiful blooms. Stroll and admire the beautiful limestone sculptures throughout the gardens, bask in the tranquillity of the water features and marvel at the one –tonne of pink marble floating on a cushion of water.

Refuel with some tasty treats from the delightfully colourful and spacious Cafe Thyme. Pick up some plants to take from our garden Centre or something pretty from our small handmade gift selection.

Our gardens and Cafe are fully wheelchair accessible catering for individuals, families, groups, bus tours and school trips. To avoid disappointment booking in advance recommended for groups.

Our Gardens

Delta Centre also runs a busy garden centre with a wide range of planted containers, pots, seasonal bedding, shrubs, plants and gardening accessories. There is a restaurant and cafe on site, serving from breakfast to lunch and right through to afternoon tea.

The gardens contain numerous water features including the famous Kugal – one tonne of pink marble floating on a cushion of water.

The gardens are fully wheelchair accessible and have proven to be a very popular place to visit for active retirement groups, families, school trips and bus tours.

Café Thyme

From breakfast and lunch right through to afternoon tea, the Café Thyme is relaxing, spacious and provides a fine array of choices, all freshly prepared on site. Locally sourced produce is prepared using the centre’s fully equipped commercial kitchen.
